Flight Lieutenant Anton Murfin: My job as CFI falls into two parts; flying standards and operational procedures. My aim is to provide the quality of training so that more gliding scholarship trainees safely go solo. Another challenge is developing staff instructor skills so that 635 VGS can continue to provide a service to the North-West.
